After an initial 45-minute discovery call where we learn about the goals and objectives of your survey, we craft your custom questionnaire taking into account all the factors needed for the most successful results. This includes writing an introduction and crafting the initial and follow-up emails that respondents will see that lead to the highest possible participation. Additionally, we consider question wording, question type, response scales, and appropriate skip patterns based on responses.
All of our surveys are conducted primarily online through email invitation, with the option of text surveys where applicable. This meets customers where they are today. All surveys are mobile optimized so they are easy to take from either a computer or a cell phone. Not everyone will complete a survey, but our experience in crafting emails, introductions and surveys have led to higher than industry standard response rates for many of the surveys we conduct.
During this process, we also work with you on the best method for collecting your customer contact information. Once we have set up that process, we take care of administering the surveys for you. Customers are much more likely to answer a survey that is administered by an independent third party. They feel like they can be more honest. Our goal is send initial invitations to customers as soon as we can after their experience with your company, followed by an automated reminder set on an agreed upon schedule.
