Data is not for everyone. Charts and numbers without context can sometimes be confusing, and who has time to sift through raw data and read a bunch of comments? We love numbers, but we also understand that we are in the minority. We make it our mission to create reports that you will understand, giving you information that is grouped and summarized so you can actually use it.
As mentioned in our survey process, we consider the reporting process when we develop a survey. Questions should not only be easy for the respondent to understand, but they should result in feedback that can be easily analyzed and used. For example, having a survey filled with open-ended questions may seem like a good idea to get a lot of feedback, but it becomes very challenging to quantify those responses, and can be difficult to focus in on what the information is really telling you. Building a survey that answers the questions you have and can be presented in a way that is actionable is a key first step.
If your project is a one-time survey based on an event, class, specific product, etc., you will receive both an excel file of raw data, as well as the summary report. For ongoing projects such as typical customer experience surveys, you receive monthly raw data files so you can keep an eye on feedback and address any issues that need immediate attention. Additionally, you will receive summary reports on a frequency that works best for your business. These reports are highly visual in nature, and are accompanied by text to help interpret what you are seeing. Any areas of opportunity are identified so you can work on improvement plans. Key insights from positive feedback are also provided so you know what would be best to highlight on social media, your website, or other sales and marketing materials.
In addition to the report, we also want to make sure you hear our thoughts on the results. As each report is completed, we also schedule a consultation call. During this call, we will walk through the results in an easy to understand manner so that you walk away with a clear vision of next steps to take.
